Buying Helpcomm for 600,000,000 shares - when the price hits $1 Helpcomm will cost the shareholders $600 million not $2.4 million like everybody is saying - think about it. Doesn't sound like a very good deal to me. The more Tom dilutes the shares the worst it is for the shareholders. Tom needs to stop the dilution.
