I don't think Phase 3 would be completed, let alone approved by now. I just gave you the timelines of SPA negotiations last year. I think Phase 3 completion would still be one year away and outstanding shares would be at least 150M. Meanwhile, everything else would be on hold due to the major dilution to fund Phase 3.

Obviously we won't know how the partnership situation will play out for B-ABSSSI had Phase 3 started, but I'm excited about the multiple partnership possibilities for B-UP, B-OM, P and K-OC.

Phase 3 would be completed with FDA approval by now.
