Agree he went public to attract funding thus the large authorized shares of 500 million common shares. Would be nice if they could get the price up to about a dollar before they raise any funds.

Don't know if they will be in the black, but from looking at the 12 Hong Kong March 31, 2017 financial statements it appears that there will be a gross profit. 12 Japan Ltd probably generates a gross profit as well. Gross margin % is quite high (98%) which is great. Now all they have to do is scale up the business to cover operating expenses.
