I agree that the 12 Japan closing is already priced in. I think the CEO however would regard this as transformational, in the sense that 12 Retech will then have some revenues and that is a transformational event. He did however allude to one or more new retail partnerships being made in the July 8 press release, so we could expect some announcements about those deals being made. Those new deals would be transformational as well.
