First news article on Newlead I've seen in awhile..nothing important but it seems to confirm the trend of Newlead being unable to pay lawyers..


But the counterclaims were never pressed in court. NewLead’s attorneys from Chalos & Co quit the case earlier this year amid non-payment of its legal bills. And despite repeated attempts to contact NewLead, the company failed to dispatch a new attorney to represent it.
