My interpretation of those shares are that they were issued to them as a result of the share exchange. It wasn't like the company collected money on the transaction they simply were issued the shares as a result of exchanging their crypto stock for CRCW stock.

A more recent form 4 filed has a price of $2.00 in the filing. I am of the opinion that the $2 price is closer to the real value and represents a real transaction (and agreed upon price between buyer and seller). The bid that you can find for CRCW stock even though it is not publically traded is $1.75 further indicates the truer price of the stock.

Although when you look over the financials with the $2.3 million in assets and the quarterly loss of $970k and the revenue of $82k certainly seems like the price should be a lot lower.
