Yes it did, Oregon Law goes into effect Oct. 1.

This is just the beginning, as an Oregon resident I can see how the ONCI install and app would be of great benefit to most small businesses that have vehicles on the road. Not all vehicles have Bluetooth capability especially work vehicles in the construction industry and delivery industries. Think of the pizza delivery guy who has been using maps on his phone. I am wondering how a company such a dominoes is going to approach this new law with its drivers? Think of construction and city workers out and about all day in vehicles(tell me they are not on phones at times while in vehicles), again most do not have Bluetooth. One bad accident because of cell phone use and the company or govt. is sued for millions.

I am sure in the long run all vehicles will have Bluetooth capability but that is likely at least 3 to 5 years plus away before most of these companies have the funds to either buy new vehicles or upgrade the current vehicles to Bluetooth. Until then the ONCI install and app is an option for many small businesses and govt. agencies.

Loving where this is heading for us ONCI shareholders. Talk about timing Steve has brought this APP to public view at just the right time, really couldn't have planned it much better with the new laws and distracted driving awareness at the forefront. IMHO GL
