The only reason the production is (temporary) lagging is because to avoid toxic financing he had to wait to get some mega car manuf orders before he could go the bank with high profile furtune 500 deals. They probably tripped over themselves vying to get our business. When you have orders from some of the biggest Co's in America financing is a given, their risk (banks) is miniscule. Hence the very quick approval of the loans. It was never even a subject of discussion so quickly it came.
