Well i believe the last two Press Releases are tied together. And i believe the consulting firm was engaged at the request of the independent directors to do an independent review. That consulting firm has now completed it's review and made it's report and will be paid with restricted shares in the company at a value of .25 cents US to equal $60,000.

Sounds to me as if the consulting report made certain recommendations to the BOD, and they are to incorporated into the contracts with MMTIF's two major clients before the contracts will be final.
