I am not talking about some retail short pressure on BMXC. I am talking about the Market Maker that is currently sitting with a wall on the ask of over 5,000,000. I am talking about the market maker that FINRA charged on October 31st with THOUSANDS of violations of regulation sho over three years. Finra found nite to have "failed to establish and maintain a supervisory system" that complies with regulation. Nothing to report when it's 'naked' short selling or conducted by a mm. There is no short interest for FINRA to report. Their punishment was barely a slap on the wrist. Once scum, always scum.

So while what you say is true, it isn't the truth of what is happening here.
