If you know it so well and have spoken with the CEO several times then why don't you share it with this board so everyone can get in on the action and make this stock go on a stellar run to silver and beyond? With all that info you could really make a difference. And could also end up like Martha Stewart. She knew and talked to a CEO as well. Wasn't that insider info and insider trading. An attorney like you should know that well!
