Hypothetically, 


How would potential scandium off-take negotiations play out between niocorp and ibc? With niocorp trying to reinvent/create the scandium market both companies would be in an awkward position navigating this new territory as pricing is established. Anyone have any misgivings about establishing pricing in this semi-incestuous way? Would anyone else prefer to see a first off-take agreement come from another company to remove any possible appearance of impropriety? I am invested in both companies and am curious and excited to learn more about their collaborations, but maybe the timing isn't right now? 

Or am I over thinking this?
