We are talking about BVTK's disclosure. If DP signs a deal that is material to BVTK...then BVTK has the obligation to disclose what the impact of the deal is.

So for example if there actually is a finalized deal by DP that would result in a significant payment to BVTK...it is BVTK's requirement to disclose that.
