The current symbol DOLV which we are ALREADY Reverse Merged into has been trading since the R/M. The fact of the matter, we are going through an exhaustive scrutinization due to the fact that DOLV during the years 2010 through 2013 had owners who allowed an intense mining scam to run its course. That has led us to the consequence that this "shell" has been playing out to.

FINRA is taking it's time making sure "MAKING SURE" that this new company JB & ZJMY Holding CO., Inc. has absolutely NOTHING to do with that past company exeperience and that NONE of those involved with the Sierra Leone Diamond Mining Scam have ANYTHING AT ALL to do with this NEW company.

I believe that the total amount of research that MANY MANY of us have done over the past 6 MONTHS proves that this new company from CHINA which has JinBo Investment Holding Group backing it/parent company shows that the new company is indeed LEGITIMATE and that they want to bring JB & ZJMY Hoding Co., Inc. to the US markets first to the OTC (US rules), and then move on to the NASDAQ board.
