I think that it's less likely to hit $.07 than it is to hit $7, essentially when they'll have a billion dollar market cap.

Certainly $.07 isn't impossible, but I doubt you'll see it as long as the cannabis cream and/or sublingual tablet are still in clinical development. On the other hand, I believe if either of these products reach the market in even a few countries, and information from patients using the products appears to be positive, the billion dollar market cap will be achieved.

No price is guaranteed, but even if OWCP has a small royalty position on it's products because of partnerships, it will still be earning tens to hundreds of millions in royalties, in addition to the up front payment and milestone payments received as the drug achieves milestones both in the clinic, and for reaching certain annual sales goals.
