They won't and CEO has told me the 10q will be first followed by 8ks. It makes sense to put out 10q first. Some brokers won't allow you to buy shares of companies that are not current so putting out q first makes us current which will allow all brokers to allow people to buy. Plus putting out the q shows the public the company is complying with the sec rules and is not just trying to pump the stock with press releases and 8ks
