The best case scenario is for Michie to resign.

PERIOD.

He has proven beyond the shadow of a doubt he can't be trusted and does not care about shareholders.

He only cares about himself, loyal employees and those who continue to believe that his COCKAMANY IDEAS are going to work.

Michie would do shareholders all a favor if he resigned and took his trek bike and road off into the dark.

Numbers don't lie - PEOPLE DO!

PFSD is down 99% since Michie took over.
