I 100% agree with you that it is time to take action and demand answers from CEO Michie and the BOD's for COMPLETELY FAILING IN THEIR FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITIES to SHAREHOLDERS!

As Oxonius and tank worth have posted - it implicates Michie and Paulsen even worse because they are two former/current Chief Financial Officers and have DONE NOTHING to date to rectify the delinquency in their PFSD filings or taken pro-active action to either get caught up on filings or communicating with shareholders.

This has nothing to do with PFSD and any shell value they could get.

It has everything to do with Michie GETTING FULLY ACCOUNTABLE and if he doesn't - he should RESIGN and let someone else take over.

Michie has turned PFSD into a POS and his leadership is the definition of DERELICTION OF DUTY.

Looking forward to the truth and taking action to get answers.

Michie and the BOD's can no longer stonewall and delay.

Shareholders are angry and have had enough of this BS
