I don't see anything wrong in Welch's statement..
He cleared up the question that RMHB does not own the NY
Beeverages.,As for issueing more shares..He was upfront why it
Was done. It seems now Mr. G has sold his control and moved on
Maybe to another deal..Welch and Seeburger are trying to keep
RMHB going. If they fail, we all lose
