Churak and Slojab both answered your question about deletions and admin correctly and concisely. Admin, like the SEC with 10K's do not 'help' out people with their submissions, and the admin do not judge the veracity of a post. That's why the burden of judgement and of veracity are put on Ihub members to decide and then to use the TOS if applicable.
