Like obviously there is two things they are doing the reverse triangle merger or going to make a subsidiary of crcw
Whatever it is they had notes in rmrk and they paid near 300 k to pay off the rest of note holder aka buy enough shares to gain control they dis it its done
And thwy are paying to get filings done so there a pretty dam gd reason to spend that kind of money and that gd reason is gd for us
