G-Ho, From what I found out, there were 7 or 9 people from Argilus http://www.argilus.com/RecentTransactions.asp that were involved before the company dissolved, thats what I heard I may be wrong, but Michelex hired these guys back in 2004 after getting shafted by Wells Fargo, and these guys set up the Cornell Capital deal and then Michelex got shafted some more, but I hear there are 7 or 9 people, something like that, that split something like 7.9 Million Restricted shares for payment back in 2004, I guess a 2 year Restriction was on these shares, One guy already filed a 144 back in Aug. for 800k shares, I'm sure his shares are gone, now someone else seems to be selling theirs, we don't know who or how much but they have to file a 144 within 30 days, I just can't wait until they are sold out, I think .05 is the least they will take for them after commissions. Now I'm not 100% positive on all this, if anyone knows more then correct me if I'm wrong here, but this is my read into it. They sure picked a heck of a time to sell.
