The article that you posted is extremely important
this is LBIE restarting with the 9 billion as in b
cash/assets in hand with a possible public offering

LBIE PWC has a history of the bankruptcy in Europe
of note this was signed September 6, 2017
the settlement in England was on September 6, 2017
they are waiting the court's instructions
the settlement at present is sealed

The activity of the ct's is interesting
there really is no size at these prices on the ask

The bids of all the CTs have size in the 10 to 20,000 share range

Remember LBHI LBHI 2 are the only shareholders of LBIE

Please see my post concerning the L's
someone bought a hundred plus shares from me at.50

I hit the ask for a few hundred shares on all the CTs
yesterday the market did not hit the bid to bring them back
let's see what happens next week

Total cost for hitting the ask less than $200

imho this bankruptcy is winding down
I think that LBHI will follow suit
and and file a new corporate structure
