I would REALLY like to know what he meant.
That said, he is notoriously obtuse in his explanations and in this case it strikes me as so extreme as to be intentional. What other explanation could there be for publishing a public release that can't be understood? Either the language is too sophisticated for me or it's gibberish.
"Lifescan's Accused Products"? Maybe that means something to someone. Maybe the "some others" that you posit that it may have been directed to can follow it. I'll bet that no one here can (many of whom are invested to varying degrees).
His description is as clear as the explanation of the terms of the last settlement. He's telling us something but apparently doesn't want us to know what it is....
