Well an r/s isn't what would lower the a/s. They usually just wipe out the common shareholders. The majority stock holders would vote to lower it which would be one or the total of 3 listed in the filings as owns of this whatever it is going to be. By the Pr I got is going into crypto currency market. I never touched this when Jeffery Bruhjell was running it. Only came here to warn people about what was going to happen which did. Dumped to hell and an r/s. Jeffery Bruhjell had done this to 2 other companies. IDCN and GIMU. He left both in a pile of ashes. This made the 3rd one.
