ok, it's not a battery, but it acts like one. it stores energy. now, any storage device that can fill up in five minutes without blowing up is a major advance. but to fill up a car would take mucho amperage. filling stations would be extremely hazarous.

then there it the other thing.....energy in vs energy out. how we gonna make all that electricity? natural gas? it would be far cheaper to put the nat. gas in your car. it would also put far less global warming gas into the atmosphere if you bypassed the gas generator and went diectly to the vehicle.

add about 500 nuclear plants and it may work.

all things multiply to the point of starvation.
