Nothing Wrong With Paid Research...Taglich Brothers is a Reputable Firm

You are raising your eyebrows because of a paid research report by taglich brothers, but this is very common for small cap companies that do not have an analyst following.

Addressing the conflict of interest that’s at the core of this relationship is a clear priority to making the final research report valuable to investors. And that's what CETX has done with all their disclosures.

Taglich Brothers research can be trusted by investors and will ultimately be meaningful to their efforts in building a quality shareholder base for any company they represent including CETX. Its a fee based service not paid in stock. The research firm is regulated and registered with the SEC & is a FINRA member, they are a full service brokerage firm. Thy have a research department with editorial independence. Their research is unbiased. Companies can comment on the research, but in terms of the actual content, none of them allow clients to change what has been written. This is why its important for investors to be able to get such research.

Clearly, the company has paid for research and its been disclosed and known right up front, but I think that if you introduce such base levels of protections, it will ensure the research is more broadly used and more meaningful to new and existing investors and shareholders.

Its obvious from the disclosures regarding the relationship between the company and the firm but the research firms commitment to transparency is what makes the research report very valuable.

Conflicts of interest have always been an issue on Wall Street, and they have always been an issue for research. As a result, you have to assume some conflict - There is nothing ill regarding a paid research report, many small cap companies with no following continue to do this on the NYSE and NASDAQ. http://www.taglichbrothers.com/aboutus.php

Understand the conflicts and make a wise decision, the fundamentals are not paid they are real and the revenues are real, management is focused and carrying out precision execution of the business plan.

Go Long CETX, I own a long position in CETX will continue to buy the dips and accumulate. Do your own DD and make your own decisions.
