I agree also with your opinion on OTC ... fact is, though, that is where we are and we have to comply with the basic rules before any change in status and, more importantly, to gain credibility and attract any kind of added investment to get us out of the hole.
We will never get to $1 of course as there are far too many shares outstanding (assuming no split). A buyout remains the best option - either to a private investment group, or a larger company that simply wants to bolt on a green brand and add it to their distribution channels - S.C. Johnson (in Wisconsin) could do the deal in a weekend. Also, the pool & spa products could be sold separately as they don't really fit with the other consumer packaged goods - a higher-priced product with good margins; similarly, the good-potential but totally under-developed septic products could find an additional cash buyer.
