yea but Matt, were these the same experts that told us about the wmd's in iraq not too long ago? i'm not doubting that they do have the option, but i don't ever trust these so-called experts or analysts, whose studies are usually funded by the same instigators that want tension built up and eventually war to line their pockets or whatever else motive they may have
