He is definitely going to reduce his personal shares. He may create a new restricted class B and move his 1.4B into them at a reduced rate of 4-1 for example. Then reduce the A/S. He may split the company and put half our shares into another entity perhaps? It will be interesting. The goal should be to get Hexagon/ONCI 500mil A/S and 400Mil O/S +/-
