These preferred shares are not part of the OS/AS. These preferred shares receive voting rights at a 5000:1 ratio, but they are not part of the OS/AS, which only consist of common shares. Therefore, this 30 million preferred share retirement is not part of the 1.5 billion share reduction. Is this correct?
