You don't work in the public sector, to return and ruin shareholders lives.
You work in the public sector to help. You then move to the private sector to improve.
Take Witt O'Brien for example, not talking business structure, employee, field, or any other experience.
I am talking about James Witt leaving his post as a FEMA Administrator, where his salary had a cap as an SES employee.
He left, and created a booming company that demonstrates efficiency and understanding in the federal government and how it works.
Tom has that same knowledge, except with commercializations.
