I read an interview with him on S.A. It was linked on his blog.

He is like my brother from another mother with some major differences.

He is not afraid to overweight himself when he feels strongly about a stock and he likes the obscure symbols that others ignore.

The major difference is he seems to be focused on the long term while I am a quarter to quarter trader at the longest. He relies on charts more than me and seems to be less focused on earnings.

He is an engineer and trades part time. I suspect that is why he is able to hold long term and just wait for others to see what he sees.
