Anyone think John Reynolds is still affiliated with ZONX - I doubt it.

My hunch is they probably announced when he became an advisor but didn't disclose when he stopped being an advisor - assuming he actually ever became one.

The deal fell through and shareholders weren't advised of this - the safeharbor didn't require them to update us but sure seemed like it would have been the right thing to do.
