So, I'm guessing we will never know who got the 1.3 billion shares that were never recovered and why only 200 million shares were recovered.
There should be transparency, however, management likely had to agree to a nondisclosure agreement and not to pursue criminal action. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, they did what they had to in order to preserve what was left of the company.

As for Auryn, I still have my doubts. There has been zero transparency on their part. They confidently predicted significant production income last year and never officially announced that they stopped production except through the grapevine. They made a cash call which still looms like a killing sword over our head. They can take the property away from us any time they please (after expiration of the cash call extension or sooner if there is another call) as a simple business decision and when it suits their purpose probably will. This is how a business is run.
