I find it hard to believe that a large company like CEPSA would completely and intentionally remove Kenya from their exploration company website if they had any intention of staying in that block.

Sometimes when things are this obvious it is a good idea not to ignore it. Amazing that we heard the exact same thing about Sinopec in the JDZ for years. How did that work out?
