Have you read any of the articles or posts concerning individual state mandates concerning these treatments.

Have you not seen the direction MM has been going despite federal regulations, laws, and enforcement agents?

Have you looked at USRM's balance sheet?

Isn't it interesting that shares were bought and options were taken out right after the FDA warning letter?

Have you seen how oft stem cell treatments in general have been in the news of late?

And who are the "scientists" working with the FDA to developed the new rules? Maybe one of them is a leading researcher and scientist in the field? Perhaps the same one that has been working closely with the FDA since 2015?

Just speculation but it seems that no one can really say this "ship is sinking" with any reasonable certitude.

Just my opinion but I believe the evidence to reasonably be saying this ship is about to set sail.
