smartyone. I knew about the Mercedes competition coming against TSLA early, but misjudged the immediate effect on TSLA stock. I took the double on puts that was available.

I have often taken off some of a position, typically 50%, hoping for the second half to make serious money. This was a poor time not to employ that trick. My history is that more than half the cases I end up having to settle for a little less, not more.

A 25x miss gets my attention. So I will watch for other chances, up or down with better care to my indicators.
