This company needs to restructure its cap structure. There are too many inexpensive shares out there. Get past a few pennies is going to be VERY difficult. They need to do a RS. It's a shame Mr Umbra is so dead set on not doing one. I'm sure he has his reasons but I don't see a better long term strategy to correct this problem. Anyone else see a better way than a RS?
