Empirical evidence is based on verifiable observation or experience rather than theory or pure logic with this conclusion in mind, it is very obvious that the BOD does not contribute in any direct or indirect manner to the company in a positive way. The fact that the members of this BOD are here reflect directly on management and consequently reflect in the stock performance. Shareholders we have held them up for years and what have they done for us I ask.
