Little 5 cent penny stocks cant afford to alienate shareholders by issuing misleading PRs.

Now they have to raise money with their stock just above the 52 week low, while the general markets are making all time highs. Not very appealing for shareholders. I doubt the terms will be favorable... Watch out for major dilution if they're able to make a deal

Wondering why a capital raise didnt occur when the stock was strong between 7-9 cents? Management looks to be over their heads on many fronts imo
