What I saw was all the 4's got eaten when the hearing held notice appeared on Pacer, then someone yelled fire before anything else was posted and there was a panic sell off of 3's. And someone bought all those panic sell 3's and then I saw the 2's bid increase greatly. So if you ask me, I think L2 looked like some are flipping to accumulate more shares and some are just accumulating more shares right now.
