That press release on August 25 2017 also stated that additional information regarding the prepayment of the first convertible would be in an up coming 8k filing. I still can't find any reference or filing 8k confirming that. Scanned the recent 10q and didn't see any subsequent event confirming, but did see that they placed another convertible debt instrument a few days later - Peter & Paul or kicked the can down the road?
