Nasdak2012, with this PZOO 8-K thought...

This is why I am still holding PZOO. There are not a lot of marijuana stocks in Las Vegas (Nevada). The only other marijuana stock that I know of in this area is PNTV. I sold it way too early as it ran from the low .00s to hit over .20+ per share. I won't be making that mistake here with taking such risk in PZOO.
