I offer my sincerest apology but you were 100% correct and I was 100% wrong. Anyways I found the 9/1/17 form 4 for Michael Poutre that shows a transaction 12,500 shares disposed of at $2. I wish I saw that sooner now I got eat my own words. The other filings showing the share exchange were confusing because of the old stock transactions and the new stock transactions. The form 4 makes it a lot clearer.

It looks like a slam dunk now to me. Go Crypto!
