Gers has something going for them in the Courtroom! One being the fact that the I-Co's continuously delayed the proceedings to strain Gers to the limit! Then, if I am right, ICM spent a great deal of unnecessary, and damaging time trying to disprove the validity of the Patents? T

Then as I mentioned before, they have the option to bring-up the fact that ICM, (I hope that's the symbol,) made at least one Illegal Business maneuver against Gers, when they sold their products w/o permission, showing that they disdained the court of Law and better Business practices! Two of those options couldn't very well be settled during the mediation, which usually gets down to the nuts and bolts of things, as Mediation is different than judging! A lot more can be brought-out in the Courtroom than in a Mediation setting!

IMO, if it goes to Court now, Gers probably has more "Ammunition" to work with than ever, as the mediator would probably overrule much of the really damaging stuff? Of course this is IMO only, and you know how much that is usually worth?

Gers, stand tough, and be smart as He--, giving it all you have! I've with you guys about 5 years now, and I wish I knew Business Law better, as I would like to get in there with you and Kick some A--?
