Well, then you may be greatly surprised when Eric does the next RS. A simple call to the TA will verify everything. And what does the SEC show the outstanding shares at? Probably close to 1.6 Billion but even Eric's recently posted Q2 shows that it's more like 3 Billion. Is Eric wrong in his financials? If so, I wounder what else in the financials might be wrong.
