I've read some of those releases, n3, and how some folks are comparing DCTH to CYTR. I've never held a position in that stock so I can't really compare the two. I suppose SK could do something similar. How many Preferred Shares does CYTR have outstanding and who with? I forget. If the R/S were to pass because of that reason alone, SH's will have something else to be pissed off about and can add it to that ever growing list of complaints for the lawsuit. UNLESS Kman were to follow it up immediately with HUGE NEWS that will make most SH's

We'll see what happens tomorrow towards that goal and our 10/17 date with destiny. I predict green, but don't bet on it. lol!
