That's correct, they do. Websites, charts, PRs, P&Ds, promotional efforts, etc. most often use end-of-day data. By marking the close and attempting to lure unsuspecting investors, that is market manipulation.

Of course Goldy and an INOH convertible debt holder / insider or two are very well aware since they were former brokers - at least one that we know of has been barred by the SEC.
