Wilma,

The rules governing LLCs vary by state. However, here is something which cought my eye (although I've no idea of this person's credentials):

http://www.dividendsandpreferences.com/2009/03/why-cant-i-take-my-llc-public.html?m=1

"But one point I made deserves some additional flavor. I noted, almost in passing, that it is not possible to do an IPO with an LLC. Any LLC that wanted to go public would be required to first convert to a corporation anyway with potentially very adverse tax consequences."

Wilma, should the above be true, how is it that YA updated the investor's page of the website indicating NM, LLC is a public company?

Also, from what I learned from Lesn's mantra, the tax consequences could be avoided via a reverse merger.

However, most importantly, WHY would NM, LLC be taken public, or even remain in business, if they sold 100% of their IP to Delta Drone?

(I pose these questions to all iHubbers).

It is obvious the fat lady has sung. We own nothing. I merely seek to understand how and why all of this came to pass just as the industry is erupting.

Best,
BC

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
